- The 3 days of darkness?
There is a prophecy that I keep hearing lately more & more, regarding a 3 days of darkness, that will happen before the end of the world. But is it biblical? Where does it comes from?
The truth is that this so called ‘prophecy’ for the end times, is not in the Bible.
The Old Testament in the book of Exodus mentions a 3 days of darkness that happened during the 9th plague of Egypt Exodus 10:21-29 , but there is no where in the Scriptures that says about 3 days of darkness in Egypt or any place on earth, that will happen in the future, before the final judgment. At that time when this happened, God was setting His people (descendants of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob) free from slavery, & right after that, before the last plague occurred (death of the firstborn), the Lord’s Passover was instituted. A male lamb without blemish was sacrificed per household & the houses that had the blood of the lamb on the lintel & doorposts the Lord would not allow the destroyer to touch them. (Exodus 12:23). Sadly generations later many forgot God’s covenant with them.
The feasts that were instituted by God, like the Passover, were a shadow of things to come: “These are a shadow of the things to come, but the body that casts it belongs to Christ.” (Col.2:17). That redemption & deliverance of the 1st Passover was fulfilled in the New Covenant by Jesus Christ when our Savior & Lord the Son of the living God came to earth, then He died on the cross to pay for our debts, so we all could be free from the slavery of sin (Rom. 6:20). Jesus spend three days and three nights in the heart of the earth, & rose from the death on the 3rd day. Beloved let’s not forget our covenant with God through the precious blood of the Lamb without blemish, that is Jesus Christ.(Jn.1:29, 39, 1 Cor.5:7). He is the only Messiah, the only mediator between man & God. There is no more redemption, except through God’s only begotten Son. (Jn.14:6, Acts 4:12, 1 Tim. 2:5).
So, this 3 days of darkness they mention today, is not a ‘Biblical’ prophecy, but instead, you will find this ‘prophecy’ in many occult sects, the Book of Mormon, several Hebrew Roots sects, Catholic mystics, etc. The accounts may vary according to each group, some where sure would happen in March, then April of this year, & many try to deceive people using similar phrases or ‘events’ from the Bible, like Exodus 10 & also Amos 8:9, which doesn’t mention 3 days & talks about judgment of a country. Some others are saying the 3 days of darkness is the ‘sign of Jonah’, but the sign of Jonah was already fulfilled by Jesus when He spend 3 days & 3 nights in the heart of the earth! (Mat.12:39-41). And the story of Jonah has to do with obedience, repentance & been spare from judgment.
-Nonetheless it is very clear that some of the enemy’s minions are planning to cause this darkness for their own selfish purposes, for world dominion, to get rid of dissenters & in general to transition into a new global unified system, their ‘golden age’ or Aquarian Era. And perhaps also it could be a copycat or counterfeit event as a sign for some occultists sects about their coming redemption, right before their false messiah appears. But this darkness is not from God, it is not written in the Scriptures & our fervent prayers may interfere with their evil plans.
They have been predicting this big event in several movies & TV programs for many years. But I know this darkness will come, God showed it to me in a dream many years ago & asked me to intercede for what was coming (He didn’t show me 3 days though), & I’m sure He has already shown this to many of His children. But this warning from evil cannot be confused as if it is a prophecy from God.
This darkness will be also the start a very difficult season on earth & it’s coming from the enemy of our souls, using later on new tech. of holograms they will show many signs in the skies, (lights, crosses & even Jesus, etc.). The Lord will allow it, since it ‘s time to clean His church. He is coming for a bride, to present her to Himself as a glorious church, without stain or wrinkle or any such blemish, but holy and blameless. (Eph.5:27).
Some may say this event was caused by an EMP, or a solar flare, etc. but this has been planned for a long time, you can hear also this whistleblower, check min. 9:32-15:54 .
Probably the 3 days of black out will be on a national level, but it will be just the beginning of several blackouts & darkness around the world. (Since this in not from God they will need more days of darkness to accomplish their purposes). David the whistleblower mentions the tracking, the round up of good people, etc., & what a coincidence that many countries are having a mandatory census right now.
This darkness will be physical & also spiritual, people won’t be able to read their Bibles online or study them, they will control everything that is posted online, (have printed Bibles & memorize the Word). They will intensify their lies & deceptions to try to convince people that the God of the Bible doesn’t exist & the Scriptures are wrong.
In order to have their unified global system they need their new religion (J Mysticism & new laws). Still many of their plans will backfire while the church prays & a lot of people will come to the Lord. Pray for salvation of souls & laborers for the harvest.
The darker it becomes, the brighter the Light shines. These are times for the children of Light to pray & fast. His children need to be prepared & ready, wearing the Armor of God, remember our battles are not against flesh & blood but against spiritual forces of evil. Still we need to be wise and prudent & have enough food, water, medicine, sources of light, etc. Please beloved seek God’s direction, He will provide for our needs.
Do not be afraid, just be cautious, do everything acknowledging God first (Prov.3:5-6). And who knows but may be the Lord allowed us to be part of this last generation & to be in this royal position (1 Pet.2:9) for such a time as this? So be encouraged brethren. If God is for us, who can be against us? (Rom. 8:31-33)
The Battle Against Evil
10 Finally, my brothers, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12 For our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your waist girded with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 having your feet fitted with the readiness of the gospel of peace, 16 and above all, taking the shield of faith, with which you will be able to extinguish all the fiery arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
18 Pray in the Spirit always with all kinds of prayer and supplication. To that end be alert with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. Ephesians 6:10-18
Then Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, . . . And remember, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. Matt.28:18-20
