Pope Francis and Dr Ahmed Al Tayeb<\/a>, Grand Imam<\/strong> of Al Azhar (highest seat of learning in Sunni Islam), signing a historic ‘Fraternity’ agreement in Abu Dhabi<\/p><\/div>\n

Pope Francis signed a ‘Peace<\/a> document’, were the word \u201cGod\u201d is used simultaneously to identify Allah and the God of Christianity, but makes no reference any time to Jesus Christ (the only<\/span> way<\/span><\/strong> to the Father, John 14:6<\/a>) or the Bible. This is not surprising since for him the meaning of being a Christian isn’t to belong to Christ, but to belong to the ‘Mother Church’, that is the Catholic Church:\u00a0 “Believing” is an ecclesial act. The Church’s faith precedes, engenders, supports and nourishes our faith. The Church is the mother of all believers. “No one can have God as Father who does not have the Church as Mother<\/strong><\/span><\/em>” Catechism of the Catholic Church\u00a0 #181. That’s his gospel, to call people to Catholicism or Mother Church, NOT to Christ. 1\/ \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong>Feb. 11\/ 2019 – “A historic interfaith covenant<\/strong> was signed in the Middle East on Monday (Feb.4th<\/strong>), and the mainstream media in the United States has been almost entirely silent about it. Sheikh Ahmed al-Tayeb is considered to be the most important imam in Sunni Islam, and he arrived at the signing ceremony in Abu Dhabi with Pope Francis \u201chand-in-hand in a symbol of interfaith brotherhood<\/strong>\u201d. But this wasn\u2019t just a ceremony for Catholics and Muslims. According to a British news<\/strong> source, the signing of this covenant was done \u201cin front of a global audience of religious leaders from Christianity, Islam, Judaism and other faiths<\/strong>\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n

The pope and the grand imam of al-Azhar have signed a historic declaration of fraternity<\/span>, calling for peace between nations, religions and races, in front of a global audience of religious leaders from Christianity<\/strong><\/span>,\u00a0Islam<\/a><\/strong>, Judaism<\/span> and other faiths.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Pope Francis<\/a>, the leader of the world\u2019s Catholics, and Sheikh Ahmed al-Tayeb, the head of Sunni Islam\u2019s most prestigious seat of learning, arrived at the ceremony in Abu Dhabi hand-in-hand in a symbol of interfaith brotherhood<\/strong><\/span>.<\/em><\/p>\n

In other words, there was a concerted effort to make sure that all of the religions of the world were represented at this gathering.\u00a0 . . .<\/p>\n

On top of that, the document also boldly declares that \u201c<\/strong>the diversity of religions<\/span>\u201d<\/strong> that we see in the world was \u201cwilled by God<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

‘Freedom is a right of every person: each individual enjoys the freedom of belief, thought, expression and action. The pluralism and the diversity of religions<\/strong>, color, sex, race and language are willed by God in His wisdom<\/strong>, through which He created human beings. This divine wisdom is the source from which the right to freedom of belief and the freedom to be different derives. Therefore, the fact that people are forced to adhere to a certain religion or culture must be rejected, as too the imposition of a cultural way of life that others do not accept”<\/em><\/p>\n

In essence, this is saying that it is the will of God that there are hundreds of different religions in the world and that they are all acceptable in His sight<\/span>.<\/p>\n

We know that the elite want a one-world religion, but to see the most important clerics from both Catholicism and Islam make such a dramatic public push for it is absolutely stunning.<\/p>\n

2\/ \u00a0<\/strong> During the press conference on the return flight from the United Arab Emirates, Pope Francis<\/strong> says the historic Document on Human Fraternity was born \u201cin the spirit of Vatican II<\/em><\/strong>\u201d. Vatican News<\/a><\/p>\n

3\/<\/strong> \u00a0 “Just days after the pope signed the most important interfaith document in history<\/a>, he had the opportunity to address global political leaders by video at the World Government Summit <\/span>in Dubai. During his remarks he once again stressed the need for global unity<\/span>, and he encouraged those attending to embrace “sustainable development<\/span><\/strong>“, but he also stressed that sustainable development will never succeed without “solidarity”. \u00a0 \u00a0 . . .<\/p>\n

The phrase “sustainable development” has become a shorthand way of referring to the U.N.’s Sustainable Development<\/strong> Goals. It is a 17-point plan<\/strong><\/a>, and if you read the entire thing, you quickly realize that it encompasses just about every realm of human activity that you can possibly imagine.<\/p>\n

It is not just a plan to fight climate change<\/strong>. It is actually a comprehensive blueprint for global governance<\/strong><\/span>, and it envisions a much larger role for global institutions such as the U.N. in the years ahead.<\/p>\n

But in the context of speaking about “sustainable development,” the pope once again used the term “solidarity.”<\/strong> This is a word that he has been using a lot lately, and when he uses it, he is referring to the need for global unity<\/strong>. More specifically, he almost always uses this buzzword when speaking of the need for global religious unity.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Last Monday, the pope and the highest imam in Sunni Islam signed a covenant<\/span> which boldly declares that Christians and Muslims worship the same God,<\/strong> and that it is God’s will that all of the various major religions in the world co-exist peacefully.”\u00a0 The Most Important News.<\/a><\/p>\n

Same month after the Pope’s visit they announced a multi-faith “Abrahamic Family House<\/a>” complex in Abu Dhabi. Which will feature a synagogue, a mosque and a church of which full construction will be completed in 2022.<\/p>\n
