\nPraise the Lord!<\/span><\/p>\n

Praise the Lord, O my soul<\/span><\/p>\n

\nWhile I live I will praise the Lord;
\nI will sing praises unto my God while I have my life.
\n3
\nDo not put your trust <\/strong>in princes,<\/span><\/span>
\nnor in a son of man<\/span>, in whom there is no help.<\/strong>
\n4
\nHis breath leaves him, and he returns to the earth;<\/strong>
\non that very day his plans<\/span> <\/strong>perish<\/span>.<\/p>\n

\nBlessed is he who has the God<\/strong> of Jacob for his help<\/strong>,<\/span>
\nwhose hope is in the Lord his God<\/strong>,<\/span>
\n6
\nwho made heaven, and earth,<\/strong>
\nthe sea, and all that is in them,
\nwho keeps faithfulness forever,<\/strong>
\n7
\nwho executes justice for the oppressed,
\nwho gives food to the hungry.
\nThe Lord releases the prisoners.
\n8
\nThe Lord opens the eyes of the blind;
\nthe Lord raises those who are brought down;
\nthe Lord loves the righteous.
\n9
\nThe Lord preserves the sojourners;
\nHe lifts up the fatherless and widow,
\nbut on the way of the wicked He brings disaster.<\/p>\n

\nThe Lord shall reign forever,
\nyour God, O Zion, unto all generations.<\/p>\n
